A Podcast For All Seasons Presents: Blood and Honey

We likely won’t record a new episode this week, so I decided to do something we haven’t done in a while and bring you all another installment of “A Podcast For All Seasons Presents.” In our most recent episode, we spoke with singing sensation Shiva Honey about her band, Blood and Honey. Since Josh and I spoke quite fondly of their music, I thought it would be a good idea to let our fans sample their wares, essentially turning this into “Eric Joseph’s Flower Hour.”

Embedded below is “Mary,” one of my personal favorites from the group. The hypnotic keys compounded with Shiva’s sensual vocals affirm my statement that if Catwoman sang for an electronic band, this is what it would sound like. Harper Lodge Returns To The Pages Of ‘Archie’ This Spring

Veronica Lodge’s disabled cousin, Harper, has just been confirmed to return in the pages of Archie #665, which is currently scheduled to arrive in comic shops March 4. The character was introduced this past summer in Archie #656 and was seemingly greeted by fans with a warm welcome.

The issue is described as follows:

Harper’s latest venture: writing a romance book about the boys in Riverdale, has everybody trying to figure out the big question: Who is Harper writing about? Will the gang be able to solve the mystery? Find out why people are raving about Harper and how she fits in perfectly with the rest of the gang in Riverdale!

It’s nice to see that after three quarters of a century the team at Archie Comics doesn’t rest on their laurels and continues to inject new characters into the mythology. Stay tuned to Multiverse Entertainment to see what writer Dan Parent has in store for us.
